To bolster it; we are leading the effort to establish a formal Quality System based upon the concepts of Total Quality Management wherein all employees recognize their individual and corporate responsibilities for quality and may contribute to its effects accordingly.

We are committing ourselves to a strategy to continuous improvement, relentlessly seeking to learn the expectations of our customers and striving to meet and exceed those expectations at every juncture.


 These efforts will help us to meet the following goals:


  1. Maintain our reputation for quality products, service, and civic responsibility.

  2. Provide quality products by striving to exceed the defined needs and expectations of our customers.

  3. Develop quality system based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard to foster continuous process improvement and problem prevention instead of problem detection.

  4. Define and implement our Quality System based upon employee involvement and a commitment to excellence.

  5. Give all employees the training and support needed to provide quality products to all customers.

  6. Communicate our mission and quality objectives to all employees, and assign individual responsibilities and accountability.

  7. Use statistical methods to monitor quality performance and isolate major problems for immediate solution. 

  8. Establish and maintain a working environment that supports the production and  delivery of high quality products.

  9. Form relationships with both internal and external customers/suppliers that will improve quality in all aspects of product usage and purchased parts.

  10. Develop and maintain a team approach that emphasizes enhancing the competitiveness of the company through increased quality and productivity.

  11. Provide an atmosphere that encourages every employee to achieve his full potential and pride in workmanship.

The entire NCP team must adhere to the spirit and the letter of the firm’s Quality Policy as well as the directives of the Quality Manual and its subordinate documents.

We are actively involved in building this exciting new effort through membership on the Quality Steering Team as well as executing all of the various responsibilities given to me in this manual.


The Company’s management team will -by direction and example- ensure that this policy is understood, accepted and implemented throughout the organization.
